What "The Bond" is

The Bond is a €50 deposit that reserves your numbered page in the Migula Codex — Edition I. It is not a purchase of the finished garment. It is a commitment: yours to a page, Dariusz's to produce it.

When you bind a page, it is removed from the pool of available pages and held for your configuration. No one else can claim it. Production begins when your balance is received.

The deposit

The €50 deposit is deducted from your total garment price when production begins. It is not an additional charge — it is the first part of your payment.

Example: Level 2 — The Tension at €179 total — your balance on production is €129. A secure payment link is sent by email when your page enters the production queue.

Refund window

Full refund within 48 hours of binding. No questions. Contact darius@migulastudio.com with your page number and email address.

After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Production resources are allocated based on confirmed reservations.

If production has not yet begun when you request a refund outside the 48-hour window, Dariusz will consider each case individually. There is no guarantee of a refund after the window closes.

Production & delivery

Every page is made to order by one hand in Łódź, Poland. There is no warehouse. There is no stock. Each piece is constructed after your balance is received.

Production time varies by level: Level 0 requires 4–6 hours. BESTIA requires 16–22 hours. Pages are produced in queue order. Your production window is communicated by email when your balance is confirmed.

Delivery is worldwide by tracked courier. Delivery cost is communicated at the time of the balance invoice.

Returns & exchanges

No returns after production begins. Each piece is made specifically for your page number and configuration. It cannot be re-used, re-sold as new, or undone.

Size exchange within 14 days of delivery. If the garment does not fit, Dariusz will produce a replacement in your correct size. You cover return shipping; production of the replacement is at no additional charge. Allow 3–5 working days.

Exchanges are available for size only, not for configuration (level, colour, form).

Your page number

Your page number is permanent and non-transferable. It is woven into the garment label and recorded in the Migula Codex archive. It cannot be changed after binding.

Pages 1, 150, and 300 are reserved for the creator and are not available for reservation.
