Migula Studio · Łódź
Everything you need to know — from ordering and sizing to shipping and returns.
Migula Studio is a one‑maker atelier based in Łódź, Poland, specialising in hand‑cut 3D embroidery using the Monolit Method — no backing, no interlining, only tension. I make every piece myself, by hand, alone.
Yes. Each design is produced in small, numbered series. Once a run is complete, it is not repeated — this is not a marketing decision but a production reality. Each piece is handmade and the embroidery process does not scale.
Not at this time. Migula Studio operates exclusively online, shipping from Łódź. A physical space may come in the future, but only when it makes sense for the atelier.
No. There are no accounts. You check out as a guest — add pieces to your selection, open My Codex, and pay once through Stripe. Your order confirmation and DHL tracking arrive by email.
The Guild is our invitation‑based community for returning collectors. It is not a discount programme — no codes, no points, no sales. Members receive early access to new pieces and priority on limited runs. Entry is by invitation only.
Follow us on Instagram for behind‑the‑scenes content and new piece announcements. You can also subscribe to our newsletter for direct updates — no spam, just the work.
Every piece across the studio carries one button — Add to selection. Press it, and the piece enters your selection while you stay where you are. Add as many pieces as you want, from any page. Open My Codex, top right, to see everything you have chosen — each piece, one total. When the selection is right, press Checkout and pay once, for everything, through Stripe. There is no account to create. Within 24 hours, Dariusz contacts you directly with production and shipping detail.
Yes. That is the purpose of the selection. Add pieces from any page — BESTIA, the Ladder, the Codex, the Fingerprint — into one selection, open My Codex, and pay once for all of it. One total, one transaction.
The Fingerprint exists two ways. As a piece in its own right — €279, configured fully on its own page. And as a signature added to any order — a separate black piece carrying the motif, with a red, white, or tone-on-tone underlay. The €100 is the second path: a complete black artefact, chosen once, not a change to a piece you already selected.
A Codex page is numbered and held the moment you bind it. The €50 secures the page. The remaining balance is part of the full price, not added to it, and is settled before the piece ships.
Yes. Every piece is made to order, so size adjustments and embroidery detail are part of how the studio works. Write to darius@migulastudio.com with your request and Dariusz guides you through it by hand.
No. Our pricing reflects the handwork, materials, and limited production behind every piece. We do not run sales, discount codes, or seasonal promotions. The price you see is the price — always.
Card payment through Stripe — every method Stripe offers in your region, processed securely. Card details are never stored. For a direct bank transfer, write to darius@migulastudio.com before paying, and the studio arranges it for your full selection.

Send us your measurements (chest, waist, hips in cm) and your preferred fit (slim, regular, or relaxed) to darius@migulastudio.com. We will recommend the right size for the specific piece you are interested in.
You can also share a photo of your best‑fitting garment — it helps us give you the most accurate recommendation.
Most pieces are made to order — you order, and the piece is built for you, no waiting window. Pre-order applies only when the studio opens a window for a specific new piece. In that case you reserve within the window, and the piece is produced after the window closes. When pre-order is not open, you simply order — the piece is made for you directly.
Standard production time is up to 60 days from the date the pre‑order closes. Each piece is handmade individually — materials are sourced carefully and production cannot be rushed without compromising quality.
If you need a piece by a specific date, contact us at darius@migulastudio.com before placing your order.
Pre‑order pieces follow the same 14‑day return policy as all other orders, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, email darius@migulastudio.com with your order number.
When the studio opens a pre-order window for a new piece, reserving within the window secures your place before the run is set. Each piece is produced in a small numbered series. Pre-order is how you commit to a specific new work while its window is open.
You may cancel or modify a pre‑order as long as production has not yet started. Contact us as soon as possible at darius@migulastudio.com with your order number. Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
All orders are produced within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays, CET), then dispatched via standard DHL. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
All orders ship from Łódź, Poland via DHL Paket.
| Destination | Carrier | Estimated Delivery |

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
You will receive a DHL tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Use it on dhl.com to follow your delivery in real time.
Check your tracking link first — DHL provides real‑time status updates. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days (Poland) or 14 business days (international), contact us at darius@migulastudio.com with your order number.
Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once a parcel is handed to DHL, address changes are no longer possible.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at darius@migulastudio.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
You may return any piece within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:
Email darius@migulastudio.com with your order number and photos of the item (including tags and packaging).
We will confirm eligibility and provide you with the return address (Berlin collection point) and instructions.
Ship the item using tracked shipping. Keep your tracking number until the return is processed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For customers in Germany, we offer a local return address.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, return the original piece and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround, as each piece is handmade and availability is limited.
Before payment — freely, in My Codex. After payment — write within 24 hours. Until Dariusz begins cutting, a change is possible. Once the substrate is cut, it is committed. Zero margin for error is the production reality, not a phrase.
Every piece features hand‑cut 3D embroidery using the Monolit Method — no backing, no interlining, only tension. Each piece is handmade in limited series. No mass production, no shortcuts.
Turn inside out. Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the embroidery. Detailed care instructions are included with every order.
Yes — contact us directly and we will assess what is possible. Each piece is handmade, so in most cases we can repair or adjust it.
