All artefacts are handcrafted in Łódź, Poland. Because each piece is made to order, production timelines vary by collection.
Shipping is via DHL with full tracking. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves the atelier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination.
International shipping: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Migula Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Standard artefacts (The Grain Tee, all Ladder levels) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Bespoke commissions and BESTIA (limited edition) are final sale. Custom work is exempt from the standard right of withdrawal.
Exception — defect, wrong cut, or wrong measurements: If any piece arrives damaged, with a production defect, incorrect cut, or measurements that differ from what was agreed — Migula covers return shipping in full and issues a full refund. This applies to all pieces including Bespoke and BESTIA.
